With the highly anticipated launch of the new BlackBerry OS system came the gargantuan challenge of training over 12,000 staff across seven networks on the new platform and devices. Not only did this include call centre and retail staff, but a complicated mix of access and legal requirements.

Ambition undertook a programme to design, build and manage Educate and Excite, an online training portal that provided a training platform to educate and update channels on an ongoing basis, reward participation and engage users to promote brand advocacy.

Two years on training and module updates are going strong and the site currently has over 10,000 registered users active. It’s due to this success that the site is promoted globally as a BlackBerry Best Practice Programme.
